terms of service
Who we are. weeny.cloud is operated by Theo McCabe Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
What you get. A cloud server (a virtual machine) you and your coding agents control, plus tooling to publish apps to URLs we manage. A flat monthly price per plan (teeny/weeny/meany — shown at weeny.cloud/dashboard/billing), after a 7-day full-size free trial; there is also a free plan (a smaller server that sleeps when idle and carries a "made with weeny" badge on its public apps). Prices include applicable taxes where we're required to collect them.
Your stuff is yours. Code, apps, and data on your server belong to you. We access your server only to operate the service (provisioning, the ops you trigger from the dashboard) or to investigate abuse.
Our stuff is ours. The weeny platform, name, and tooling remain ours. Don't resell the service itself.
Acceptable use. The AUP is part of these terms. We can suspend or remove servers and apps that break it — quickly if something is actively harmful.
Trials, billing, cancellation. When a trial or subscription ends, your server moves to the free plan (resized smaller; nothing is deleted for non-payment). Cancel anytime from the billing page — service continues to the end of the paid period, then lands on the free plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Honesty about what this is. weeny is a young, small service. We take reliability seriously (backups, monitoring) but offer no SLA yet. Keep copies of anything you can't lose. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the last 3 months, to the extent the law allows.
Changes. We'll email you about material changes to these terms. English law governs.
